PRESENTACIÓN

La actividad formativa “Compartiendo espacios en vacunación y manejo del paciente crónico” ofrece al médico de familia una actualización suficiente y necesaria dados los últimos avances de investigación, novedades farmacológicas y modificación de consensos
internacionales en el abordaje del paciente crónico en Atención Primaria. Busca conseguir una adecuada asistencia médica, de mayor calidad y eficiencia, mediante la obtención, por parte del profesional alumno, de habilidades terapéuticas que le permitan un mejor control de las enfermedades, prevenir las complicaciones y mejorar la calidad de vida del paciente.

OBJETIVOS

• Mejorar el grado de conocimiento de los profesionales sanitarios de atención primaria, sobre el manejo del paciente crónico.
• Facilitar la toma de decisiones respecto a estos pacientes y valorar la vacunación como parte de su cuidado global.
• Diagnóstico radiológico y valoración adecuada del paciente crónico con enfermedades infecciosas.
• Realizar el diagnóstico diferencial.

MÓDULO ONLINE

En la plataforma digital SEMG se destina un espacio específico
para los contenidos básicos del curso, registro de asistentes, evaluación
online y obtención en su caso de los créditos formativos concedidos a esta
actividad.
La plataforma estará operativa desde el inicio de los módulos
presenciales hasta 2 meses después de realizado el último
módulo presencial. Los alumnos acceden mediante una clave asignada
al finalizar el módulo presencial y dispone de 2 meses para cumplimentar
la evaluación, requisito imprescindible para conseguir la acreditación.
